Delivery at a glance
- Delivery cost: free to every county in the Republic of Ireland.

We aim to make delivery straightforward and keep you informed. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays. The dispatch and delivery periods are estimates, not guaranteed appointment times; once a parcel is with the carrier, conditions on the route can affect its arrival.
How delivery works
Orders are placed through the secure Shopify checkout on the official RapidHeat Ireland store. After your order is confirmed, it is prepared for dispatch. You will receive an email with tracking information when it has shipped, so you can follow its progress using the carrier's tracking service.
What to do after ordering
- Check that the delivery name, address and email entered at checkout are correct.
- Look out for the order confirmation in your inbox, including your junk folder.
- Allow 1–2 working days for dispatch.
- Use the tracking email to follow the parcel after dispatch.
- If the parcel has not arrived within the estimated 2–5 working day delivery window, contact support with your order number.
Accurate address details help avoid delays. If you notice an error after placing an order, email us promptly. We will do our best to help, but cannot promise an address change once an order has entered dispatch.
Where we deliver
Free delivery is available throughout the Republic of Ireland, including all counties. We do not state delivery availability outside the Republic here. If you are unsure whether your address is covered, ask us before ordering at support@rapidheatie.com.
Delivery protection
Optional delivery protection is available for €4.95 at checkout. It is an optional extra, not a required delivery charge. Standard delivery to every county in the Republic of Ireland is free.
Late, missing or damaged parcels
First check the tracking link and the delivery address in your confirmation. If tracking appears stuck, the parcel is marked delivered but you cannot locate it, or it arrives visibly damaged, email support@rapidheatie.com and include your order number and a brief description. For visible damage, photographs can help us understand the issue. We aim to reply within 1 working day.
Please get in touch rather than placing a second order while a parcel is being investigated. We will look into the available tracking information and explain the next steps. Your statutory rights are not limited by this delivery information.
Questions about delivery
Is delivery free?
Yes. Delivery is free to every county in the Republic of Ireland. The optional €4.95 delivery protection is separate.
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually dispatch within 1–2 working days and delivery generally takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Tracking is emailed when the order ships.
Can I change my address?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and corrected address. We will try to help if dispatch has not taken place, but a change cannot be guaranteed once the parcel is on its way.
What if tracking says delivered?
Check around your property and with anyone who may have accepted the parcel, then contact us if it is still missing. Include the order number so we can review the tracking.
