These terms explain the general conditions for using the RapidHeat Ireland online store and placing an order. Please read them before purchasing. They are written in plain language and do not remove any consumer rights that apply under Irish or European Union law. If a term conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that right takes precedence.

By browsing the store, you agree to use it lawfully and not interfere with its operation or security. Placing an order is a request to purchase the items shown at checkout. We may contact you if information is incomplete or an order cannot be fulfilled. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt; fulfilment and delivery follow the order process and applicable law.
Product information
We take care to describe the product clearly, but website descriptions are general information and do not assess your particular home. RapidHeat is a plug-in wall-socket ceramic heater intended to warm a small room. Room conditions, insulation, draughts, settings and use affect results. It is not whole-house heating and is not suitable on its own for large open-plan rooms or poorly insulated conservatories.
Product images and descriptions are intended to help identify the item. A heater's features do not promise a particular room temperature, energy saving or bill outcome. Running costs depend on power, hours used and your electricity tariff.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in euro and include VAT. The price and options shown at checkout before you place an order are the applicable purchase details. Optional delivery protection, if selected, costs €4.95; it is not required for free standard delivery within the Republic of Ireland. Shopify checkout processes payments. Do not email full payment card details to support.
Delivery
Free delivery is offered to every county in the Republic of Ireland. Orders generally dispatch within 1–2 working days, and delivery usually takes 2–5 working days after dispatch. Tracking is sent by email when an order ships. These are estimates, and delivery can be affected by circumstances outside our control. See our shipping and delivery page for steps to take if a parcel is delayed or missing.
Returns, cancellation and consumer rights
Our 30-day money-back guarantee runs from delivery and is additional to statutory rights. Contact support before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return; payment providers may take longer to display funds. Faulty goods and online cancellation may involve separate statutory rights. Nothing in these terms limits a right that cannot lawfully be excluded. See returns and refunds for details.
Safe and appropriate use
Use the heater only in accordance with the instructions supplied with it. It is not IP-rated and must not be used in bathroom zones or wet areas. Do not use it with an extension lead or cover it. Keep it clear of curtains, bedding and anything that could obstruct airflow, and do not leave it unattended in circumstances where safe use cannot be assured. Keep children from using it unsupervised. Stop use and seek advice if the appliance or socket appears damaged.
Website content and availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the store accessible and information current, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every page will always be error-free. We may update product information, prices or website content; changes do not alter an order already accepted except as permitted by law or agreed with you. Website text and design should not be copied or misused in a way that infringes applicable rights.
Liability and events beyond control
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful, including applicable consumer protections. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from misuse of the heater, failure to follow safety instructions, or events outside reasonable control. This does not affect your rights concerning goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract.
Events outside reasonable control may include severe disruption to transport, utilities or essential services. We will take reasonable steps to communicate and resume performance where an event causes delay. These terms do not remove obligations that remain applicable by law.

Personal information is handled as described in our privacy policy. We use order contact details for order-related communications and support. Keep your contact information accurate so we can send confirmations and delivery updates.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and disputes relating to the store are governed by Irish law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Irish courts may hear disputes in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules.
